In 1996, Mark White, David Bennett, and Diana Sellers saw a need that wasn't being met in Arkansas. Together they began to build relationships with customers and elevator maintenance companies to meet that need. 

Since that time, the company has grown in the region and has built relationships in Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma & Texas with a team of over 10 licensed elevator inspectors.

Rates: 

Our rates for inspection depend on which State we are doing the inspection or test, depending on State laws and requirements. You will find that the charges for our services are among the lowest cost items in your business while providing one of the most important services to keep your business running at maximum capacity. Rules:

The laws in Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas require all elevators to be inspected on an annual basis, depending on the expiration of your certificate of operation. We submit all of our inspection reports to your respective State Department of Labor and in most cases, the State will issue your certificate of operation

Licensing: 

All of our inspectors are licensed in their respective State. Each inspector is licensed by that State, QEI, and NAESA.
